Shame
http://www.ted.com/talks/brene_brown_listening_to_shame.html
This is one of the most empowering videos I have seen on TED. Take a moment to watch it, and let it all sink. The studies done with subjects such as vulnerability and shame have advanced in the past 15 years. I'm glad that some doctors are reaching out to a wider audience.
My take on it?
At the end of the day - the more you know yourself, the happier you can be. Always stay true to yourself; make all your decisions in Life honestly. Only then, in my opinion, do we take full control of the lives we want to live.

Tile Work
Bathroom needs work. Tile work today, because the wall has encountered water damage. Well... it might be a good idea to check into a hotel for the next couple days.
I'm thinking Inn On Broadway... it will bring back some awesome memories for Caroline and I. Maybe.
NYC next month! Watching my friend Danny Baer rock it out on piano at Juilliard. Woohoo!
And yes, I'm finally reading Fabric Of The Cosmos by Brian Greene. I'm still fascinated with String Theory!
